Rates to stay at the Beach House are:

1 February 2012 -29 February 2012 $245 per night

1 March 2012 - 12 April 2012 $195 per night

13 April 2012 - 18 October 2012 $170 per night

19 October 2012 - 14 December 2012 $195 per night

15 December 2012 - 31 January 2013 $295 per night

One dog welcome with guests, and free if all waste removed from property.
Exit by 11.00am and arrival at 3.00pm, unless by prior arrangement.

Booking and Cancellations

Bookings can be secured by payment of 50% of the total accommodation costs.
Balance payable upon arrival.
Cancellation outside 30 days of stay – no fee
Cancellation inside 30 days of stay – 50% of fee
